Pixel’s Fantasy and Sci-Fi reminder: November 1–2, 2026. Check each price before downloading.

Hello, my lovely book dragons! 💜

It’s officially November, and apparently my ever-growing TBR needed another excuse to become completely unreasonable. 😂📚

If you love magical worlds, dragons, fantasy adventures, science fiction, paranormal stories, and discovering new authors, this little reminder is for you!

Fantasy & Sci-Fi Stuff Your Kindle is listed for November 1–2, 2026! That’s Sunday and Monday, with book listings hosted by BookBelow’s Fantasy & Sci-Fi Worlds event.

Before you start collecting every interesting title you see, I want to share how these events work, where to look for books, and a few tips for finding stories you’ll actually want to read.

Because as much as I love collecting books, I also love finding books that deserve a place on my TBR!

✨ What Is Stuff Your Kindle?

Stuff Your Kindle is a popular name for promotional ebook events where participating authors and publishers offer selected digital books for free or at special prices.

These events are a wonderful opportunity to discover independent authors, explore unfamiliar genres, and try books you might not otherwise have picked up.

And no, you don’t need a physical Kindle to participate! You can read compatible Kindle books using the free Kindle app on your phone or tablet.

One important thing to remember: not every book advertised around an event will necessarily be free in your region or at the moment you open it. Always check the price before completing a purchase.

🏰 What’s Happening November 1–2?

This event’s theme is Fantasy & Sci-Fi Worlds! Some of the types of stories you might want to look for include:

  • 🐉 Fantasy adventures, dragons, and magical creatures
  • 🏰 Enchanted kingdoms, quests, and fantasy worlds
  • 🚀 Science fiction, futuristic adventures, and space exploration
  • 🌙 Paranormal and supernatural stories
  • 🌹 Romantic fantasy and stories featuring magical relationships
  • ⚔️ Epic adventures, mysterious powers, and unlikely heroes

The exact selection depends on participating authors and the available listings.

Personally, I’ll be looking for fantasy, romantasy, mythology and fairytale retellings first. Give me a magical world, an interesting mystery, or morally complicated characters, and you’ve probably caught my attention!

📖 How to Find Your Books

If you’re new to these events, don’t worry! The process is fairly simple.

  1. Find the event listings.

Start with the Fantasy & Sci-Fi Worlds book listings, BookBelow’s 2026 Free Books Calendar, or the BookBelow website. Look for the event and its participating books.

  2. Browse the books that interest you.

Rather than opening everything, take a little time to read descriptions, explore genres, and look for authors whose stories catch your attention.

  3. Open the retailer’s listing.

If a book is available through Amazon, open its product page and select the Kindle edition.

  4. Check the actual price.

This is the most important step! Make sure the Kindle edition shows a purchase price of $0.00 before completing your order. If it shows a paid price, don’t assume it will become free during checkout.

  5. Add your new books to your library.

Once you’ve confirmed the price and completed the free purchase, your book should become available in your Kindle library. You may need to sync your Kindle app or device.

  6. Repeat responsibly… or at least try! 😂

I know, I know. It’s hard when there are so many interesting books!

💜 My Stuff Your Kindle Strategy

After seeing how enormous some of these lists can become, I don’t recommend blindly downloading everything. I have a little routine that helps me find books I’m genuinely excited about.

🐉 1. Start with your favorite genres

I usually head straight toward romantasy, fantasy, mythology and fairytale retellings. I love stories that take familiar ideas and transform them into something completely different.

🌹 2. Read the description and tropes

A beautiful cover might catch my attention, but the description is what helps me decide whether I actually want to read the book. I also check whether it’s part of a series and whether I should read something else first.

🧠 3. Check content and trigger warnings

This is something I strongly encourage every reader to do. Books can contain difficult topics such as violence, abuse, grief, self-harm, addiction, pregnancy loss, or other potentially distressing subjects.

Content warnings aren’t about judging a story or an author. They’re about making informed choices about what we read and when. Sometimes a book can be wonderful and still not be the right book for us at that particular moment. And that’s perfectly okay.

📚 4. Make room for unfamiliar authors

One of my favorite parts of events like this is discovering writers I haven’t encountered before. A book doesn’t need to be trending everywhere to become a new favorite. Sometimes the best discoveries are the ones we weren’t expecting!

✨ 5. Don’t turn reading into another chore

You don’t need to download hundreds of books to enjoy the event. Choose the ones that genuinely interest you. Your TBR is supposed to be a collection of adventures waiting for you, not another overwhelming to-do list.

🐉📚 A Few Treasures I’ve Picked Up So Far

My digital bookshelf has already welcomed a few new adventures, because apparently my book dragon instincts have absolutely no supervision. 😂💜

Here are four finds I’ve picked up so far! These are new additions to my TBR, so consider this a little bookshelf peek rather than full reviews.

Unicorns AND dragons? My book dragon heart never stood a chance. 💜

Fractures in Peace by Drew Weatherhead — book cover

Fractures in Peace

Drew Weatherhead

An epic fantasy set within an empire where centuries of peace depend on strict order and obedience. Its premise raises an intriguing question: what does maintaining that peace really demand?

Book dragon note: This is book two in the Fractures series. Check out Fractures in Love first if you’re starting from the beginning. 📚

In a Gilded Cage by Elle Thompson & Alexa H. Michaels — book cover

Four more adventures tucked into my digital library—and somehow I’m still browsing. 😂📚

Which cover would make you stop scrolling? The spaceship, the unicorn and dragon, the fractured blue glass, or the crown beneath the waves?

Remember to check reading order, content warnings, and the current purchase price. A book I picked up during a promotion may have a different price when you visit. 💜
